The REBALANCE Cross training platform
Description
A Cross-platform will be created with instructional videos prepared by professionals physiotherapists and sports trainers. This tool will provide tailor-made solutions to users and will be exploited freely by physiotherapists and trainers to guide the end-users in adopting good practices concerning their body posture during work, and good practices during exercise while dealing with their musculoskeletal problems.
